My name is Jackie Fuhrman, and I live and work in San Diego, CA. I went to San Diego State University and studied Hospitality & Tourism Management with an emphasis in Event Operations. Throughout college and after, I worked in the Event Operations department for the San Diego Padres. I have worked to plan, organize and execute events at the ballpark from large corporate parties to small luncheons.

Since then, I have continued to coordinate golf tournaments, charity events, dinners, Barmitvahs, Batmitvahs, and weddings. I love the planning, preperation and execution that comes with being an event coordinator! Most recently, I have done several weddings at the Carlsbad Flower Fields (great venue!) and personal residences.

As a Day-of Wedding Coordinator, I take what the bride and groom have put together and execute it. A bride, groom and their family should have a stress free day and leave the rest to me! I will work with the bride and groom beforehand to review timelines, vendors, decor and set-up specifications before the event to ensure everything is covered. I work best with detailed information such as pictures, lists and timelines to execute your event.

1-Day of Wedding Coordination Includes:
- 2 meetings pre-event (1 venue walk-through)
- Rehearsal coordination
- Day-Of Wedding Coordination
- Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception
*Additional items covered: check-in vendors, work with DJ/Band to ensure for announcements/dances, distribute payments to vendors as needed

2-Day Wedding Coordination
- All of 1-Day inclusions included
- Decor set-up, vendor load-in day the before wedding if venue allows
COST = $900

Other Events (Banquets, receptions, parties and more)
Cost: Prices TBD based on event details and length
